This class will cover the process of leasing a commercial space. We will discuss both the landlord rep and the tenant rep sides. We’ll discuss subjects like identifying the client needs, presenting LOI, negotiating commercial leases, presenting the LOI, commercial lease contracts, etc.
Working with investors is very different than working with home buyers. Similar to our Real Estate Investing for Realtors class, this class will cover the fundamentals of real estate investments, how to analyze properties, tax strategies, and much more but from the perspective of working with investors. How to present information to investors, what’s important when working with investors and how to bring value to investors and more!
